Castle Consulting provides safety leadership development for Executives, Managers, Front-Line Supervision and HSE Partners, as the critical safety leaders who need to skillfully engage and enable others in working safe. This includes developing strong and authentic contractor partnerships.

Covers how to develop safety leadership to effectively lead in a consistent way, how to involve the wider workforce to drive safety as a community, how to consolidate, declutter and strengthen existing safety management systems and their effective implementation into daily practice.
