Multi-year programme, working with executives and teams from across the academy, sports medicine hospital, sports facilities management and corporate office.
Led the delivery of a 4-year programme which delivered the following outcomes:
Enabled to deliver on the vision as a sports industry global role model that could self-sustain.
2. Value Created
Formulated active, effective governance and leadership of the Journey. Ensured the journey was set up for success with the right governance structure and develop high performance leadership capabilities.
Engaged and enrolled the whole community in the high-performance step change journey and supported them find ways to actively contribute.
Supported each member organization internally set up for high performance.
Embedded the skills and practices of high performance into teams.
Supported the Journey Management Team and Executive Leadership Team identify, prioritize, design, resource and successfully implement selected projects to integrate and increase performance.
Ensured the Journey was well communicated by advising the Foundation personnel in leadership communication.
Regularly met with members of the Executive Team and Journey Management Team to assess progress, adjust and plan next steps; and frequently appreciate and celebrate progress.
